What exactly is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is simply a process of taking you into Theta state. This is a natural state of brain waves you are in and out of throughout the day.
It's simply a gentle, guided process that allows you to access your subconscious mind — where 90% of your beliefs, patterns, and habits live. It’s a natural, deeply relaxed state (like meditation) where you’re still in control but more open to change.

I use this state to help you safely release blocks, heal emotional wounds, and reprogram patterns that are no longer serving you.

What if I can't be hypnotized?

Most people are surprised to learn that hypnosis is a natural state we all experience every day — like when you're daydreaming, lost in a book, or driving on autopilot or just waking up in the morning. If you can follow guided imagery, meditate (even a little), or get absorbed in a movie, you can absolutely be guided into hypnosis.

Hypnotherapy isn't about being "under" or losing control — it's about accessing a focused, relaxed state where your subconscious is open to new ideas, possibilities and change.
You’ll be awake, aware, and in control the whole time. All Hypnosis is Self Hypnosis.
